Michael R. Salinas was born and raised in the Rio Grande Valley, Texas. Graduating top of his class from Mercedes High School, he had the opportunity to attend Princeton University where he met students from all over the world. After graduating from Princeton, he attended Baylor School of Law. He has been practicing law since 1997. He has represented school districts, corporations, banks, small businesses, and individuals in all different kinds of disputes. He considers himself a problem solver, and has been involved in bringing solutions to problems that vary widely from construction litigation, multiple party personal injury cases, and real estate disputes. He brings vast experience to the practice of school law.
