Dave Campbell: Our Team

David is an experienced trial lawyer and an appellate specialist.  He has handled trials and appeals for plaintiffs and defendants in various types of cases including business disputes, catastrophic personal injuries, employment matters, construction defects, and complex challenges to unlawful administrative actions by state agencies and government officials. 

He has represented clients in trials and appeals in both state and federal courts throughout Texas.  As part of his litigation and appellate practice, David specializes in areas of the law relevant to school districts and other governmental entities. 

Outside the courtroom, David routinely advises school districts and other governmental entities regarding litigation and potential litigation, administrative law issues, governance, employee issues, and other legal matters.
