Justin B. Demerath
Justin Demerath graduated from Southern Methodist University in 1998
with a degree in Business emphasizing in both finance and economics.
Mr. Demerath obtained his Law Degree from Southern Methodist
University. While in school, Mr. Demerath served as a law clerk for
two seasoned injury litigators, the past president of the State Bar
of Texas, Broadus Spivey, as well as his current mentor, Kevin
O’Hanlon. Mr. Demerath was very active in trial advocacy programs
and represented his law schools at the local, national, and
international levels, and has gained his initial trial experience
representing clients in clinical programs in Dallas. Additionally,
Mr. Demerath gained knowledge of the Texas Legislature while
assisting in lobbying efforts with the Texas Trial Lawyers
Association and volunteering his time for various political
campaigns.
Justin Demerath has dedicated his law practice to helping people who
have suffered personal injuries or wrongful deaths in the state of
Texas recover monetary damages. Such representation is a bridge
between a tragic event and a family getting its life back together.
Mr. Demerath has represented hundreds of injury clients over the
course of his career in a wide variety of case types from small
automobile accidents to wrongful death cases.
Mr. Demerath is a member of The Travis County Bar Association,
State Bar of Texas, Austin Young Lawyers Association, Capital Area
Trial Lawyer’s Association, Texas Trial Lawyers Association, and
Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
