Associate
Robert joined O’Hanlon Demerath & Castillo after graduating from Texas A&M University School of Law in May 2021 and now works primarily from the Firm’s Dallas-Fort Worth office. Robert specializes in all areas of the law relevant to school districts and government entities, with emphases in contract and intellectual property laws. However, his practice extends to several other disciplines including employment, constitutional rights, governance, and administrative law issues.
Before joining our team, Robert worked for the Fort Worth Independent School District’s Office of Legal Services for two years where he connected school law to his passions for teaching and consistently learning new, complex topics. There, Robert impressed Fort Worth ISD in an array of legal tasks such as internal audits and litigation while learning from an experienced team of school lawyers.
