Cynthia Rincon

Cynthia graduated from Texas A&M University in 1991. After graduation, she worked as a bilingual teacher in the Houston area. Cynthia graduated from the University of Michigan Law School in 1996 and immediately worked for the National Labor Relations Board in Chicago, Illinois. Ms. Rincón practiced labor and employment law in the Houston area before returning to the education field where she subsequently served the students of Alief ISD and CyFair ISD in the roles of instructional coach and Assistant Principal, and then in Fort Bend ISD as Human Resources Director and General Counsel. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Rincón served the students of Fort Worth ISD for seven years as Chief of Human Capital Management, then as Chief Legal Officer.
As an attorney at O'Hanlon, Demerath & Castillo, Cynthia focuses on assisting clients with the resolution of day-to-day legal challenges as well as personnel matters including investigations, grievances, and separations. Ms. Rincón is a frequent speaker and has presented at numerous state, regional, and local district conferences on topics such as employment and education law.
