With her beginnings in the legal world at Texas RioGrande Legal Aid, Andie honed her skills in the realm of civil litigation defense, showcasing her adeptness in navigating complex legal landscapes.

A staunch advocate for educational advancement, Andie’s passion for supporting education, especially in the Rio Grande Valley, is a reflection of her personal journey. Born and raised in a family of educators in Pharr, Andie's roots are firmly planted in the values of learning and community service. Her dedication to education is not just theoretical but practiced; before embarking on her legal career, she immersed herself in the Teach for America - Rio Grande Valley 2013 Corps, imparting knowledge and inspiration as a middle school teacher.

Andie's commitment to her community extends beyond her professional endeavors. As an engaged citizen, she has played a pivotal role in shaping the future through her involvement with Leadership McAllen (Class XL) and her contributions as a board member for the Hidalgo County Young Lawyer’s Association. Her devotion is also expressed through her participation in the choir at St. Jude’s Church in Pharr, adding a melodious touch to her community engagements.
