We are actively seeking a meticulous and highly motivated Associate Attorney with a commendable command over legal research and writing. The individual will have the autonomy to work independently while seamlessly integrating with our team of accomplished attorneys and adept paralegals. Representing school districts, universities, and governmental entities.
Conducting thorough legal research and producing high-quality writing.
Litigating and handling administrative law cases.
Engaging collaboratively within the firm while also demonstrating prowess in independent case management.
A valid Texas law license maintained in impeccable standing.
Willingness and ability to travel within Texas (estimated 5-7 days per month).
0-5 years of professional legal experience.
Superior research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
Demonstrated ability to excel both independently and as an integral member of a larger ensemble.
Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven.
